I would like to express my gratitude and extreme satisfaction with the excellent and outstanding efforts of your team, especially my agent Angela.

It was my first time buying a house, and with the expertise of Angela, I did not feel that I lacked any knowledge or experience.  Angela took ample time to understand my needs, my financial limitations and preferences.  She advised me to the safest neighbourhoods and guided me to selected houses that met my expectations to choose from.  

While visiting these houses she brought to my attention the advantages and weak points in every house to help me make the right and careful decision.  I can never forget that Angela devoted her Saturday afternoon to show me and my girlfriend some houses and spent the following Sunday night until 9 pm negotiating the offer until we signed all the documentation.

When it came to financing, Kim Rankin did a superb job, and it was such a pleasure working with her.  Kim understood my financial situation and worked very hard to get me the best interest rate in the market (5.4%).  Kim explained to me all the details of a mortgage agreement and advised me to what document I should submit to the financial institution.

In every aspect I found Angela, Kim and the Brian Kondo team very professional, experienced and understanding.  This team seeks the best interests of their clients, and it was such a pleasure to work with all of them.
